While existing in its present form for just over a decade, Spring Creek Corporation has roots in the Ready-Mix business that stretch back over half a century. Aurther Frantz founded Sidney Ready Mix in Sidney, Ohio in 1954 with just a single production plant and a hand-mixed product. Over the coming years, however, the Frantz family would build their business from the ground up and eventually see it pass through three generations.

The company played an integral role in the bridge construction during I-75's expansion through Ohio, and eventually merged with Spring Creek Corporation in 1996. By 2004, the company consisted of five production plants, and was eventually sold to Barrett Paving Materials, its current parent company.

Spring Creek Corporation now consists of three production plants in west central Ohio. Additionally, our fleet of vehicles contains twenty-three Ready-Mixers for job-site delivery and three tractors for raw cement hauling. We maintain our fleet at an on-site garage, while also conducting quality control product testing at a self-owned and operated lab.

With drivers and dispatchers averaging ten and thirty years experience, respectively, Spring Creek's skilled and knowledgeable employees provide high quality Ready Mix construction and repair on a local, county, and state-wide scale.
